ABCprinthouse is an online gallery and offline print house based in Stavanger, Norway. We are proud to be the first shop in Stavanger to mainly focus on artists from street art, urban and graffiti culture.

The gallery was founded in 2011, but didn't go online until 2012. Our main objective is producing top of the line quality prints from some of the most exciting artists in Norway and abroad. ABCprinthouse is also the main sponsor for the upcoming festival Komafest that will start of with a bang in 2012.

We use Paypal, and they currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You don't need a Paypal account to purchase. Just choose "Don't have a Paypal account", when you checkout. Only Paypal will get your credit card information. Personal data You may join our mailing list found on our website. To unsubscribe, use the link in one of our newsletters. Personal data received in the ordering process will be stored confidential. We will also keep track of your purchases for authentication purposes. Tax and customs In Norway we have a mandatory 5% art tax on all artwork valued above 2000 NOK. This money is paid by us to Bono, and are used to protect artist copyright, support them financially etc. Read more about "Kunstavgiften". Translated version here. Our prizes are inc. VAT. Your country might charge you tax. Shipping Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, but most packages will reach its destination in less than 7 working days. When you go to "cart", you will be able to view our current shipping charges on each product. We send all our packages with a tracking link you can use to follow it to its destination(except for t-shirts). Canvases are shipped in wooden boxes, prints in tubes and t-shirts in wrapping paper. Returns/Damages When you receive a package, inspect it before you sign for it, and return it if its damaged. It will then be returned to us, and you will get a new print/canvas or be fully reimbursed (including shipping cost). If the package looks fine and you accept, but when its opened the print/canvas inside is damaged, send us an email using our contact form. Remember to report the damage within 6 working days after receiving the product. You will then get a new one or get fully reimbursed(including shipping cost both ways). If you for some reason are unhappy with you purchase, you may cancel it, provided you send us a email within two weeks. Use our contact form to inform us and we will provide information about the return process. Copyright We do not have the exclusive right to reproduce prints or canvases from our artists. Our artists has copyright of their prints and canvases, and must not be reproduced without permission. This website must not be reproduced for commercial use. Images used on our website are reproduced with the artist permission. Authentication All sales information are kept for authentication purposes.
